- Steven Dando
Steven Dando is a native from Wellington, New Zealand. He holds a degree in International Strategic Studies at Massey University - New Zealand’s largest tertiary institution. He also holds various TESOL qualifications, which were again accredited from Massey. Steven is vastly experienced as an overseas ESL teacher, which has included several years as an instructor at Busan’s Teacher Training Institute. Steven is also a keen sportsman, particularly at golf, and has represented a number of golf teams at New Zealand provincial level. Steven has a great passion for teaching English, and sincerely desires to demonstrate this during his time at the Ulsan Institute of Foreign Language Education.

- Tiffany A. Burke
- Tiffany Burke is a native English teacher from Maine in the United States of America. She studied History and Secondary Education at Colorado Christian University, with teaching certificates in Social Studies and English. She studied Comparative and International Education at Lehigh University, and taught middle school in the U.S. Tiffany began teaching in Ulsan at Daesong High School in 2012, before moving to UIFLE in 2014. She enjoys baking, watching dramas, and spending time with her family.
- Anna O'Loughlin
- Anna O'Loughlin is a native English teacher from Alaska in the United States of America. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Before coming to South Korea, she taught music, dance, and gymnastics for eleven years. She was the winner of Alaska's Got Talent in 2010 for a musical theatre performance with vocalist Tabitha Bailar. Anna moved to Korea in 2016 and taught English at Dongdae Elementary School until moving to UIFLE in 2021.
